Contents cleaning

Pack out. Clean. Return.

Belongings need restoration the same way structures do. Our contents division catalogs, packs out, cleans, deodorizes, and stores your belongings, then returns them when the home is ready.

The process · five stages

How a contents cleaning job actually runs.

  1. Worker documenting items in a damaged room with a clipboard and phone camera.

    Stage 01

    Inventory

Every item gets photographed and logged before it leaves the room. You get the inventory; the carrier gets the inventory. No surprises.

  2. Worker wrapping a small chair in a moving blanket beside labeled cardboard boxes.

    Stage 02

    Pack-out

Items are wrapped, padded, and crated by category. Soft goods stay separate from hard goods. Labeled at the box level, not the room level.

  3. Worker hand-cleaning a ceramic vase at a stainless wash station.

    Stage 03

    Cleaning

Hard goods get hand cleaning and ultrasonic baths. Upholstery is cleaned on bench. Photos and books are dried and treated separately.

  4. An ozone deodorization chamber running with fabrics on hanging racks, no person in the room.

    Stage 04

    Deodorization

Soft goods that smelled like smoke get a session in the ozone chamber. The room is sealed; nobody is inside when the cycle runs.

  5. Worker wheeling labeled crates back into a freshly restored room.

    Stage 05

    Return

When the structure is ready, your items come back. The crate-level inventory makes putting the house back together quick.
