Fire & smoke
Soot, smell, and structure, handled in order.
Soot is acidic. Every hour it sits, it damages more. We board-up, pack-out, neutralize, and rebuild, from the first call to the final coat of paint.

The process · five stages
How a fire & smoke job actually runs.

Stage 01
Board-up
If the structure isn't secure, that's first. Plywood over broken windows, tarps over roof openings. Same night for active emergencies.

Stage 02
Contents pack-out
Salvageable items get inventoried, photographed, and packed out to our facility for off-site cleaning. Soot is acidic, and every hour matters.

Stage 03
Soot removal
Dry-chemical sponges first, then chemical cleaning on hard surfaces. Smoke residue comes off in layers; we don't smear it deeper.

Stage 04
Air scrubbing
HEPA air scrubbers run continuously to pull airborne particulate. Ozone or hydroxyl chamber treats fabrics for embedded smoke odor. Empty room only.

Stage 05
Reconstruction
Framing where needed, drywall, primer, paint, trim. The same crew runs the rebuild that ran the mitigation.
